If not, that is something you will want to consider when planning your wedding. This is especially important since most venues have a time requirement for you to be out of the space and have it all cleaned up.
How can Your Everyday Helper assist you with cleaning up your wedding reception?
We can clear and tear down the tables. Our team can go around and clear off all the garbage left on the tables after the guests leave for the evening. We can then take off all of your table and chair covers, and table decorations. If you need to have the tables folded up and stacked back in the closet, we can assist with that as well.
We can take down the decorations. We can be there to help you take down all of the table and chair covers, table centerpieces, backdrops, lights, and other décor that you use. If you have any rented items you will want to be sure to carefully take these items down, clean them up, and pack them back up neatly so that you don’t end up paying for them!
We can help organize the decorations, gifts, and other items. At the end of the night by the time all the guests have left, you will be exhausted and ready to get out there. If you rented items for your reception, it is important to make sure that they are all accounted for, cleaned up, and packed back up neatly. It is also important to make sure that all your gifts are gathered up and loaded up in a vehicle along with everything else that you will be taking home such as leftover food, decorations, flowers, pictures, and personal items. We can be there to help make sure that everything gets packed back up and taken where it needs to go.

Once everything is packed up and cleared off the tables it’s important to make sure that you do your part to clean up the venue- especially if in your contract you are listed as responsible for doing so in order to get your deposit back. Our team can clean the tables, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, and whatever else needs done once the guests have left.
Once your big day is over, it’s time to relax and you and your family and friends deserve to be able to leave after the guests and do just that. Our team can make sure that everything gets cleaned back up so that you aren’t responsible for any lost items or any messes left behind.
