What are your hours?
We operate Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm. We are closed on all federal holidays.
For our pet care services we operate 7 days a week (Holidays included) between the hours of 6am and 10pm. **Please note: Holiday rates do apply.
What are the costs?
Because our services are such a specialty it is hard to set one price per service. For a price please contact us with which service(s) you’re interested in, what town you are located in, and how often you would like our assistance.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we do. We understand that sometimes life doesn’t go according to plan and you may need to cancel last minute just as we may occasionally have to for unforeseeable circumstances. Because we are a small business with a busy schedule, to better serve all of our clients we do have a cancellation policy in place. Each client is allowed one late cancellation per year. All other cancellations not made with more than a 24 hour notice will be charged in full.

What communities do you serve?
We are located out of Coralville and will travel within a 25 mile radius. This includes communities such as North Liberty, Swisher, Solon, West Branch, Iowa City, Riverside, Kalona, Tiffin, and Oxford.
Are you insured?
Yes we have full coverage insurance and are happy to put you at ease and show you proof of coverage.
Do you have gift certificates available?
Yes, we do! Gift certificates are available in any amount and may be used towards any service! All gift certificates have an expiration date of 6 months from the date they are issued. Give the gift of Everyday Help, your friends, family, and co-workers will thank you!
How long have you been in business?
We began operating in July of 2015 and have been growing since! We love being a part of the corridor area!
